Wow, that's an interesting idea. I'm VERY strongly for having a civilian as Commander in Chief of the military. Though, obviously, that hasn't worked out so well in the last eight years with this
particular civilian in charge. We're pretty far afield of the OP now, but since you brought it up... what's your counter-proposal to how military leadership is currently constructed?
