Anything that persists (2+ days) and bothers you is enough to visit a doctor. Even if it turns out to be nothing, the peace of mind generated by a professional telling you nothing is wrong is invaluable.
I wouldn't say it sounds serious, but I don't have a PH.D. Play it by ear, and if gets to the point that its consistently on your mind, go.
