That is great to hear. I have lost about 60 lbs myself over the past 10 months. I lost sight for a few months during that time and i am pissed at myself because i could be that much closer to my goal. Been back to the gym now for about 6 weeks now and back on track. Still have about 35 more pounds to lose. Eating healthy and staying away form crap like HFCS and Trans fats can take you only so far. Need to work out and feel good about it.
The best way i have found as a motivator to go to the gym 4 times a week is to talk to and make friends with the women there.
Keeps you going back.
Really does feel great to lose all that weight.
