I went into turbo mode. My work has a gym so me and a coworker work out twice a day for 20 minutes (as much as we can without sweating). Plus I also go to my membership gym 3 times a week so I'm going 13 times a week. During work I do bicep curls and a lot of upper body workouts plus squats.
So far, in the past 4 months I've went from being able to do 0 pushups to 20. I've never in my life been able to do even a quarter of a pushup (even in high school) and now I can do 20 with perfect form. I went from 15 pounds on the bicep curls to 30 pounds and now the 15 pound weight feels like a banana ha ha ha ha.
It's amazing what you can do with yourself if you try hard. A year ago I was 275 pounds with a fatal BMI and now I am proud of my body (even though the Geneti-Gut remains). Screw fast food, eating out, and victim-minded commercials to get people to "indulge themselves" in 2500 calorie meals. It's so pathetic how eating right is cheap if you know what you're doing but people don't want to see it. I can't imagine my life still being like it was last year...I was so bad off. Being that fat and out of shape makes life miserable. I beg anyone who is in that position to start (and KEEP AT IT) making a lifestyle change. Yes it sucks (I went the first 4 months without losing any weight, even though I went from 5000+ calories per day to 1000 a day) but once your body gets over the starvation mode and you start working out it gets awesome.
