Why don't you move in to a bunker? At least that way you'll know for a fact that you're protected from
ze germans.
Because of my work, I have a shotgun permit and will soon enough have license to carry a handgun (such a hassle in NY state) - however, none of these weapons will
ever enter my home.
I don't live in the safest of neighborhoods and crime isn't exactly nonexistent around here but I'd much rather live knowing fully that I'm not prepared against everything (as if I ever could be) than have the fear of xyz control my life.
