And relating more to sushi: What was the world's longest sushi roll?
On October 20,2002 in Yoshinogari Park, Saga, Japan 2,400 people gathered to make the world's longest sushi roll, a Pickled radish roll.
The roll consisted of 10,000 sheets of dry seaweed, 1,000 kilograms of dry grain rice, 750 sticks of yellow daikon pickled radish and 22 kilograms of shiitake mushrooms.
The final length of the world's longest sushi roll was a tasty 1,825 meters or 5,988 feet.
