Fish, shrimp, or chicken usually grilled in a light olive oil with what ever spices I find handy. Throw in some peppers (red, green whatever looks good at the market) when the meat is really close to being done. I then throw that on top of a salad. Romaine, mushrooms, cukes, tomatoes, green onions and more peppers. Top that with a basil-pesto dressing and a little fresh parmasan cheese.

(Cook the fish and shrimp hot and quick. Cook the chicken slower on less heat)

I probably have that 4-5 nights a week. The other two I eat out or order in.

Mornings I usually do granola mixed with yogurt and or fruit. And too much coffee.

Once a week, Sat or Sun, I have breakfast out at a hotel near me. Then it's eggs, tortillas, spiced up potatoes etc... Basic Mexican style buffet. They do watermelon juice, you can watch them juicing it. It's damn good.
