As a lvl 70 mage as well, I feel your pain
Unless the mage gets lucky w/ CS/crits or I'm caught off-guard, I can stand there and take a beating for a long, long time.
On my mage, if I come across a resto druid I just walk away. Ain't worth my time
PS - Just a tip: Don't spellsteal hots. They cost me 220 mana, they cost you 550ish to steal!
PPS - Do spellsteal innervate!
