Back in the day, when I actually drank energy drinks regularly..Bawls was my favorite. Still is for the most part, I rarely drink it though.
I cut out caffeine years ago and now I drink single shot lattes every once in a while. Small amounts of caffeine can be good for atheletes. Other than that it has nothing to offer and all the sugar in those energy drinks is terrible for you. Not to mention all the other stuff in them.
