You mean like Bush by preventing (or delaying indefinitely) the release of Reagan and GHW Bush documents as well as his own in the future?
Perhaps more than half of the Repubs in the House (as part of a bi-partisan 333-93 vote) felt that way when they supported the '07
PRA amendments to restore the original intent of the '78 act (or something close to it)....or perhaps they simply believed it balances the public interest and the interest of past, present and future presidents.
