It's technically possible, though doing so would, in effect, discourage (to some degree) participation in Tilted Exhibition, by nature of excluding it rather than including it.
I sympathize with the issue, but I can't say I like the idea of doing anything that would make Tilted Exhibition less visible to those who have access.
One suggestion: When at work, browse with images and attachments turned off (and avatars are a good idea too). That should take care of your risk management.
