Looks to me that not only is the clip sped up, but frames have been removed to make her movements look less natural. Not sure, but there's probably some sort of software that will do that these days (in the old days, film editors would have to go in and physically remove all those frames one by one)...looks the same in the second clip. I'm afraid that without this tweaking her dancing wouldn't be all that remarkable.
