Final Fantasy 11. An MMO that was pretty much terrible the day it was released, and on top of that had the worst account management I've ever seen. They tried billing me for 3 months after I had cancelled.
AoC is still pretty much on lockdown, but some NDA breakers on the FOH forums have called it both amazing and garbage.
I think they're doing internal stress tests right now, and I don't see an open beta for a while if at all. I think Funcom knows its game isnt anywhere near where it was psyched up to be.
They also changed how spellweaving works and merged some classes.
