This is starting to remind me of the episode of Sex and the City when the girls discover those fake nipples, lol.
I guess it is just a matter of where your personal comfort level is, but since the only thing that would hide my nipples is padding, I choose to reject that. Plus, I do not like the look of lace or seams under clothing so my only other option is a lightweight, seamless bra. Bras are uncomfortable enough as it is.
The way I see it, having discernible nipples is no different than wearing jeans or skirts that conform to the shape of your ass.
