You Took the Words Right Out Of My Mouth has a great spoken-word intro, yes. Best ever? Well, that depends on your criteria. For example, the stop/start riff that opens Curve's Hell Above Water is great for getting your blood pumping, whereas Ozzy-era Sabbath had some of the greatest classic rock/metal intros ever written (Iron Man, Paranoid, The Wizard).

Even when we're talking spoken-word, I actually prefer Cake's The Distance. Shorter, but so much more intense.
