Operating systems, hardware, and users have had to change with the times.Your problems seem to stem from the fact that your stuff is not up to snuff.
There are many options out there. Some are not very expensive. Upgrading might be something to consider. DO NOT do a microsoft media player upgrade trying to cure your problem!
