I never said I agree with beating up the emo kids. In fact I meant to say something about how I don't agree with the violent actions in my original post.
I'm just stating where the angst and resentment punk rockers feel towards emo kids comes from.
In order to understand where I'm coming from, you have to understand that for a lot of us scum fucked, street punks, punk rock is all we have. When somebody comes along and wants to claim our lifestyle and not pay the toll, it's not taken nicely.
