I've gotten burnt a few times when I've downloaded a clip and it turned out to be something else, like kiddy porn! Once or twice that happened and believe me you can't hit the delete button soon enough. I can handle most of the other crap but seeing that and know the consequences really spooked me. I doubt the "your honor, it was mislabeled porn that I was stealing" defense would work.
