I like to just throw stuff on a pan with some olive oil and fresh pepper.
Mix and match the following
Meat:
1 chicken or turkey breast, cut into strips or cubes
2 lean turkey sausages, chopped
2 fat handfuls of shrimp
2 lbs pork loin
Veggies:Rred, orange, green or yellow bell pepper
Bermuda or yellow onion
Mushrooms
Garlic
Celery
Spinach
Tomato (yes, it's a fruit, I know)
Carrots
Broccoli
Artichoke
Cucumber
Zucchini
Boom. Dinner. Mix and match to your "flavour" preferences.
