Cooking for One
The last few years Ive lived on my own, and the hardest thing I find with cooking is be bothered to do it when Im just cooking for myself. Most recipes you ever read are for 4 or 6 anyway...
Most things I tend to cook are things I can cook in one pot, on the hob.
Any quick and single person recipes anyone wants to put up? I'll try think of anything I cook which is complicated enough to even merit writing down...
