There was a time some time ago... weary and disillusioned I was...
after a long two days... enduring a frightening training seminar...
on customer service...
My fellow initiates all, had to stand up in front the group, at the end of the course.... the instructor grading us on the final task.
"Greet the customer and convince me of your genuineness," he commanded.
I looked the taskmaster in the eye and said, "hello, my name is obsequious,
how may I help you?"
