I was forced to go off bc this month and immediately I could feel the difference. But for me it's a bad difference. I'm a lot more emotional, cramps already and they are much worse than they are when I'm on bc that works. And yeah, I did just get off so that makes it a lot more of a rollercoaster.
I saw a new doctor and we decided the ring won't work because of my anatomy but I'm going back on a pill after this next week or however long it takes.
I have noticed a change in my sex drive for the better but that can definitely just be because of relationship ending and all that fun stuff.
Just to point out though, no two women are the same and so birth control options both hormonal and non hormonal are hit and miss. If only it were simple
