My girlfriend is a small girl so i almost always use one finger maybe two depending on how we're feeling but we have used three fingers before and she just doesn't enjoy it. I think one finger works if you know how to use it and i think foreplay is designed to leave more to be desired so why jam your whole hand up in there.
