1. We all suffer in similar ways.
2. We can know the cause of suffering.
3. It is possible to cease our suffering.
4. We can find the way to cease suffering.
(Yes, this is essentially Buddhism's Four Noble Truths.)
5. Wisdom isn't linear, it's cyclical.
