I have several friends who bleach, never tried it myself.
As for shaving in general - I've found that men's razors give me a closer shave than women's. I use the Schick Xtreme SubZero. I take a few minutes to soak in a tub with warm water. This process seems to yeild a closer shave. Use mild soap, apply moisturizer immediately afterward to avoid ingrown hairs.
