| I recently changed providers and because I'm on a dry loop and they couldn't test my line, they decided that I'd have to start with the low (1mbps) tier service and upgrade once I was connected. Tomorrow I get my 7mbps connection. For now, I get this:   
I can't wait.
 
EDIT - For anyone who's keeping track, that's running Firefox in Ubuntu, on ADSL over an ethernet cable.
 
EDIT #2 - Broadband ftw! Given that my connection is theoretically 7mbps down/ 768kbps up, this would appear to be the physical limit my line is capable of supporting:
