Well, I think that's what most of us are talking about here... not dudes who are obsessed with milk-drinking (which is what the OP is about), but just the incidental but very common combination of nursing + boob/nipple play. At least, that's the case for me. I didn't even consider it in the context of a fetish (and I know about a lot of fetishes!) until reading this thread.
I think it's clear that someone enjoying an act that happens to turns her/him on, is different from a person actively seeking out an act in order TO be turned on. The former is... I don't know what it's called, I guess the "normal curve" of sexual behavior, perhaps. The second is a fetish. Nothing wrong with either, just wanted to make the distinction on this thread.
