I agree and disagree. There are tons of charity organizations that help people, but why is it the taxpayer requirement to pay for them? It sounds heartless, I admit. I give 10% of the money I make to charity including some for helping to feed people who can not afford food. That is my choice that I am making, but I would not require others to make that same commitment, not all others can, nor should they be required to spend their money doing so.
