My wife (then girlfriend) did it once while hiking in Maine. It was getting late, and we hadn't seen or heard anyone for about a half-hour, so we went off the trail a bit and did it under the trees....missionary position with most of our clothes still on.
I also got a nice hand job once on another hiking trip.
I almost did with my wife once on a beach at night, but the insects chased us away.
