It's one of the things I miss dearly about growing up in the Springs. Then again, they have since opened one in Wilmington, NC (about 45 miles from here), and I go add my 4 beers per day to the tour every couple of weeks. Sitting at 100 beers on Tour #2 now.
As (technically, some sort of) an engineer, I admire the structural soundness of your structure. Particularly since you were drinking while doing it (I assume).
