The thing I especially loved about it was a whole year with no yeast infections! A positive side-affect of the ring. I've been off of it for almost a month and I have already had one, I'm super stressed so that explains it. Something about the ring though makes your body tend to ward them off. I forget what side-affects label said exactly.
