My family (My wife + 4 year old girl + 9 month old boy + I) are visiting friends in the Denver/Golden area during our Spring Break. Any recommendations of things to do, places to eat (especially breakfast places), groceries to visit, etc. would be much appreciated. Although we are a family with young ones, we are interested in cafes, museums, hiking, sledding, good liquor/beer stores, driving a distance, etc.
We are especially interested in things to do that are unique to Denver.
