What do I think? I think the American way of life is unsustainable, and it's beginning to show.
America can't have everything it wants. This is called overextension.
I also think the world is due for its next major shift. It won't be all bad, except America will never be the same. The "American way of life"? It's over. It's only a matter of time.
Invading Iraq was supposed to be a way for America to secure both its power and resources. It seems to be failing. This doesn't bode well.
I need to think more on this, too. I'll come back to this.
