Shift+F5 is a forced refresh - it refreshes the page, re-downloading all images and assets, even if they're already cached. Try holding down SHIFT and clicking the refresh button manually.
If that doesn't work, try this..
If you're on IE, you should go to Tools > Internet Options. On the General Tab, select 'Delete' under "Browsing History." Select "Delete files.." next to "Temporary Internet Files."
In you're on Firefox, you should go to Edit > Preferences (or Tools > Preferences), select the "Privacy" tab, and click "Clear Now" at the bottom of the tab. Select ONLY Cache, unless you want to delete saved passwords and history (not recommended).
