k i just got back and they refunded 4 of them.
apparently there was some "phantom" pending charges that neither the seattle branch or the Idaho branch could figure out (they were on a call while I sat at the desk patiently) They base the charges on the "pending" charges. so if I have a phantom 65$ charge pending to my account, and then I spend, and post 45$ (as I did) they look at me as going from -20ish to - 60ish
the pending charge had removed itself today, oddly enough, but never posted.
I walked in with my laptop displaying exactly what I posted here and they printed out what they had in their records. Very different since as I said, they work off pending numbers, which is scary, i'll be a little more careful in the future due to this for sure.
yay for 3 deposits tomorrow though.
frickin aye, 10 more hours and I'll be ok.
I was basically like "wow you guys are telling me I owe you 165$ when from my round about math, I went over my balance by about 2$? this kinda hurts, I mean I understand banks are all about money but... wow, I gotta live
