you have to find out what the 5 overdrafts are for, if they are for 5 different things, then you've racked up 5 different instances of NSF fees.
do you have outstanding checks? this lead me to stop writing my own checks and use their billpay service. my services with the bank were free, no service charges because I had direct deposit with them. With billpay online they take the money out of your account and put it into a general fund account and pay with a check from there. If the check isn't cashed in 6 months, they credit your account.
