Gorgeous night! We saw the complete lunar eclipse and then the clouds came in and covered the sky. Still a great night. Did not make it to the hot springs. Stumbled upon a herd of resting elk in a creek bed and decided to turn around and head back to the car rather than wander around them and possibly startle them. I'm going to plan more night hikes on full moon nights.
