Ummm, how does the neck help when you have a large, hard cylinder simultaneously blocking your windpipe and triggering your gag reflex, to which you have to apply your tongue to both stimulate and use as a buffer for your teeth for an extended period of time, long enough for him to shoot liquid with the texture of thick, hot snot down the back of your throat, which you must then promptly swallow? Yeah, if it was between that and "mainly the tongue," you can guess which one I'd prefer... but I'm not interested in pussies.
