Yes, they do it every year. Last year it lined up with Shrove (Pancake) Tuesday. This year it was only a week later.
I love pancakes, but I am cutting out sugar for Lent, and so that kind of eliminates pancakes from the menu (cause I can't enjoy pancakes without maple syrup).
