An updated list of programs I am looking for. All of them are for academic purposes, so I am not sure how I can be helped.

A direct HTML to PDF "printer." I currently use PDF Printer extensively but I require a program that will take exactly what the webpage looks like and makes it into a PDF, colors, still graphics and all.
A calculator program with CAS (calculator algebraic ... system, syntax, something- works with variables and numbers), doesn't need to be like the ti-89 but it would be nice.
A program with Mathtype like abilities. Something that can make good math graphics.
