I would, and I have a horrible relationship with both of them.
Why? I'd like the same courtesy, for starters.
I think people should know those kinds of things, and if they refuse to come clean, I'll come clean for them. I wouldn't be happy about it, though.
I would like to hear from the people who would not say anything; if you knew a friend of yours was being cheated on, would you tell them? If so, why not here? If not, why wouldn't you be loyal to your friend?
