I have to add to the hair-washing bit. I was having a bit of issue with my natural curls going all frizzy and looking dry and dull. Low and behold.. I had washed the dog with this spectacular shampoo. Amazed at the results and how shiny it made her fur look, I gave it a go for myself. Needless to say, it gave me unbelievable results and I have continued to use it at least once a week ever since.
