I've been all three, but unsure if my perspective is any better than anyone else's.

I've been an avid nonsmoker who used to hide my parents' cigarettes in attempts to keep them from smoking, current smoker who's been an ex-smoker twice - once for three months, another time for about one month.

Would you like me to tell you my favorite method of quitting?
