It's not a dealbreaker for me, per se, but I don't really understand it. I mean, we're already naked, penetrating orifices, sharing fluids, rubbing our genitals all over each other - to have a guy not want to kiss me because his cum was in my mouth would be puzzling to me...and a turn-off.
Frankly, though, I don't think I've ever been with a guy who was averse to the taste of his own cum so it's never been an issue for me.
