Best: bars where the bartender is creative and if asked to just surprise me with a drink will serve up something amazing
bars where the music isn't overly loud and I can talk to people I'm with without shouting
Bar with interesting decor and mood
Worst:
women bartenders - most of them look at me over their noses and don't ever smile. They also make me wait forever before taking my order.
Ine time at a club I ordered a drink. The music was pretty loud. The bartender (a woman) serves me the wrong drink. I call her back and she says "what?" like she's going to bite my head off. I basically tell her this isn't what I've ordered. She is very adamant and says that is exactly what I've ordered and that I am going to have to drink it. I am forced to pay for the drink. I am pretty pissed off so under my breath I say something like "what a bitch". As I walk away I feel a glass break at my feet. Basically she threw a glass at me but missed.

Whether we write or speak or do but look
We are ever unapparent. What we are
Cannot be transfused into word or book.
Our soul from us is infinitely far.
However much we give our thoughts the will
To be our soul and gesture it abroad,
Our hearts are incommunicable still.
In what we show ourselves we are ignored.
The abyss from soul to soul cannot be bridged
By any skill of thought or trick of seeming.
Unto our very selves we are abridged
When we would utter to our thought our being.
We are our dreams of ourselves, souls by gleams,
And each to each other dreams of others' dreams.
Fernando Pessoa, 1918
