The problem with having a great bar experience that doesn't involve meeting a celebrity is it generally requires you to be a regular at that bar. I was a regular at a bar for a while, but at the end of the day you're just pouring money down your liver and I decided it wasn't worth it.
There is a bar in Little Rock called the Flying Saucer that's pretty decent though.
