it's every man for himself.....
or every brain for itself.
the thing about education is... funding it seems almost pointless if it's going to be done badly. Seriously this is the product of running up the deficit for wars.
Maybe not a direct consequence of war but the pattern I'd like to re-enforce is just to say that our nation is at it's least intelligent point during war-time.
