I just made a wrap. It was a whole wheat flour tortilla. Inside was an entire baby bok choy (chopped), veggie meatballs, tamari garlic sauce, dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese.
For a side, I had half a head of broccoli, four pepperoncini peppers, Parmesan cheese, and sesame dressing.
In a word: Yum.
