Big, big help, Halx. i love that magnificent brain of yours.
I've been doing PC exercises for a while now, but just the other day i read that they were actually bad for a PE problem. I would like some clarification on this from someone.
I think ill take dons advice with the cardio thing. i do push up, stretch out, and lift weights. But as far as cardio goes, nothing. actually i just pretty much sit around all day and smoke when im not working. so i definitely need to work on this.
maybe my problem is psychological. maybe i just need more confidence. i dont know.
