Seriously!!!! in THREE days - what are you thinking
in all honesty, three days of starving will just deplete your muscle glycogen levels - nothing will happen to you fat levels - and despite what you say you are just gonna be shit hungry at the end of it all. If you really wanna burn weight through starving then go a week or two - and you tell me if in the second week you can actually get up to type here - it aint healthy at all - and if you go one too many days without food it will serioulsy hurt because you are literally chopping up bits of yourself to provide energy for survival. Not a good plan - just exercise and eat less - but eat good
